The WaterRower Club Rowing Machine is a great way to improve your fitness. I found you can work like crazy or take it easy with this. It’s up to you. So I’ve gradually increased the intensity and duration of my rowing. Within a few weeks, I already feel much stronger and this shows up in my weekly tennis matches. Also shows in my mental fitness. I’m just more “there”. Better in conversation, sharper in my thinking.

LifeSpan TR1200-DT Treadmill Desk

I work from my home office and it requires that I sit in front of laptop for 5-8 hours per day. In the past I would force myself to break away and walk around the house or outside during the day just to move and loosen up, as my back and hips get so tight be days end. My physical therapist is the one who recommended this concept of a treadmill desk so that I could walk while working in addition to using my roller and stretching at home.

Assembly and Instructions:
For this size of this product I was surprised how easy it was to assemble. It arrives in (2) boxes, with the first box containing the treadmill (requires no assembly) and the second box which requires limited assembly. The treadmill box requires you to cut or tear the end of the box and the treadmill rolls right out of the box with the wheels built into the front. The desk box has some assembly but should not take more than 30 minutes to assemble. (more…)
